  > 20 GPL Units/mL Positive

Interpretive data for IgA: The International Congress on Antiphospholipid Antibodies does not recommend testing for IgA Beta-2 glycoprotein 1 (Beta-2 GP1) since this isotype rarely occurs in the absence of IgG or IgM B2glycoprotein, and the association of an isolated IgA Beta-2 GP1 with APA clinical signs and symptoms is weak. The following results were obtained with the BioRad BioPlex 2200 System. Beta-2 GP1 IgA values obtained with different manufacturers' assay methods may not be used interchangeably.
