Methodology

Screen:  Kinetic Interaction of Microparticles in Solution (KIMS) 

 

Testing Algorithm:

Samples containing greater than 150 ng/mL of benzoylecgonine or other cross-reacting substances are reported as screen positive, presumptive.  Results are presumptive for medical purposes only.  If the screen is positive, confirmation LAB3879 will be performed automatically by LC-MS/MS, at an additional charge.

Container/Tube: Yellow-top urine collection tube or plain red-top tube (full)

Specimen Volume: 10 mL

Collection Instructions: No additive.
