Patient Preparation:
Fasting specimen is preferred but not required.
Specimen Type: Plasma
Container/Tube: Mint-green top (lithium heparin)
Specimen Volume: Full tube
Collection Instructions: Avoid prolonged venous stasis when drawing specimen.
