Note: This test should be ordered for initial or annual screening. For all follow-up testing order LAB116 Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Diagnostic, Serum.

 

Results from different manufacturers or methods may not be comparable. Serial testing should be performed using the same method.

Test performed in Ambulatory Cancer Building Lab.  Centrifuge sample and deliver to the Cobas.  Completed specimens are stored refrigerated for 5 days.
