If ENA screen is positive, Anti-RNP Antibody; Anti-Sm Antibody, Anti-SSA/Ro Antibody; Anti-SSB/La Antibody; Anti-Scl-70 Antibody; and Anti-Jo-1 Antibody will be performed at an additional charge.

Positive screens will be reflexed to specific testing for antibodies against the following antigens: Jo-1 Ab, RNP Ab, Scl-70 Ab, Sm Ab, SS-A/Ro Ab and SS-B/La Ab. Further testing for dsDNA, Centromere, and Ribosomal P antibodies is suggested in patient with a positive screen and negative specific antibodies.
