Testing Algorithm:
The Multiplex Flow Immunoassay technology allows for qualitative screening of total IgA prior to specific testing for IgA antibodies. If the Total IgA result indicates IgA deficiency (<7 mg/dL), the IgA result will be credited. A result of IgA deficiency will be reported and then tTG IgG and Gliadin IgG will automatically be performed.
