Nonreactive | No detectable antibody to measles. Such individuals are presumed to be uninfected and susceptible to primary infection. |
Equivocal | Presence or absence of detectable measles antibody cannot be determined. Submit new specimen if clinically indicated. |
Reactive | Results suggest response to immunization or prior exposure to the virus. |
