Additional Information:
The targeted opioid panel detects both free and conjugated drug metabolites and is performed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. 7OH-Mitragynine includes detection of both 7OH-mitragynine and mitragynine, also known as kratom.
Questions concerning interpretation should be directed to the laboratory. The results of this test are intended for clinical use. This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by Barnes Jewish Hospital Clinical Laboratory. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
