Quantitative Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction

Specimen Requirements

Whole blood: Two (2) full 6mL EDTA (pink or purple) tubes required

Bone marrow: 3mL collected in EDTA (pink or purple) tube

Refrigerate immediately. Specimens must be received by reference lab within 48 hours of collection
