Mumps IgG 

 Result Interpretation 
Nonreactive Nonreactive: No detectable antibody to mumps. Such individuals are presumed to be uninfected and susceptible to primary infection.
Equivocal Equivocal: Presence or absence of detectable mumps antibody cannot be determined.  Submit new specimen if clinically indicated.
Reactive Reactive: Results suggest response to immunization or prior exosure to the virus.
